Boasting nearly a decade of health care experience, Nazanin Rezvan is a California-based pharmacist with extensive skill. An alumna of California State University, Northridge, Rezvan holds expertise in a number of areas including diabetes medication and pediatrics. As a clinical pharmacist, Nazanin Rezvan’s daily responsibilities include monitoring patients, providing clinical support to physicians, administering chemotherapy, and verifying prescriptions. Before beginning her current role in the San Fernando Valley, Nazanin Rezvan worked in a variety of medical institutions throughout the state of Nevada.

From 2005 to 2006, Nazanin Rezvan served as a clinical pharmacist at Desert Springs Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas. Rezvan provided TPN, renal dosing, and vancomycin dosing. Before that, she fulfilled pharmacy rotations at a number of different medical institutions. She also worked as a Walgreens Pharmacist in Las Vegas and as an Intern Pharmacist with Sav-On Drugs. A member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, Nazanin Rezvan is a certified pharmacist in California and Nevada. Nazanin Rezvan received her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Southern Nevada College of Pharmacy in 2005.
